CLIENTS WE HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF SERVING
Last May I was going through a divorce and had to move out of the home I shared with my husband. We shared all expenses on the home. I offered to live in the house alone and make the payments until it sold, but my ex-husband would not move out. It was not a safe place so that was not an option for me. He refused to manage a sale on his own and he also refused to refinance the home on his own so I had no choice but to move out. I was stuck. I was lucky enough to have a family member that I could temporarily move in with. During this time my ex-husband was staying in the house and I was still paying half the mortgage. After a few months, I moved out to rent a place all my own. Once I was paying rent, I couldn't make 2 payments. My husband was staying in our house so he agreed to make the payments. Unfortunately, once I stopped paying half, he stopped paying all together. This went on for a year until I was connected with Glenn and his team. My house was going into foreclosure, my credit was destroyed because of non-payment, and I was going through a messy divorce. I was lost and afraid for my future.
Glenn absolutely came to my rescue. He had a plan in place to help me negotiate with my lenders for a fair price to sell my home. My home had already gone through the sheriff’s sale and I had a short amount of time to make a sale happen. With all of the things I had going on in my life, the last thing I wanted to do was spend all of my free time, what money I did have, and energy working with lenders to sell the house that I thought would be my home. Glenn and his team took care of everything for me, and quickly. They did all of the work with the lenders all with no cost to me. They made all of the calls, did all of the follow up, did all of the paperwork, worked with the realtors, and most importantly with my ex-husband. They made me feel safe about the transaction and gave me hope. They worked around my schedule and my needs even though what they were working on was in my benefit. They scheduled meetings separately with me so I would not have to be in contact with my ex-husband which was a tremendous relief for me.
In the end, the home sold on time and my home did not get foreclosed on. I had a team working for me to help me get through this difficult time while all along they were extremely kind and understanding to me. I would recommend them and their services to anyone, and I have.
Also, after the closing, they set me up with one of their partners that helps restore credit. I am currently working with him to get my credit restored so I can move forward with my future.

I hope our appreciation has come through in the last several discussions, but just to make Sure you understand how important this is to us I wanted to send you one last email. This house has made us feel as if we have been stuck for the last 4 years. We have not been able to save money or plan for our future or think about having children. Removing this burden is essentially a do-over for us, and we consider ourselves more than fortunate to have this opportunity. Not everyone is so lucky. When I think back about all the small coincidences that occurred to get us to where we are today it is hard for me to consider them as coincidences anymore. Without being overly esoteric I would just like to say that this is exactly what Marie and I needed at exactly the right time. I am so glad you were there to help us through. We appreciate what you have done more than I think either of us understands right now.

I'm writing this letter as a thank you and recommendation for Glenn Campbell and his staff.
Unfortunately, our family had to sell our house. The discrepancy between what our houses was valued at and what we owed on it, forced us to do a short sale. My husband and I met with Glenn in July to go over what the short sale process would entail. He was SO personable and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very detailed in explaining everything to us and welcomed our questions. We wanted to wait to put the house on the market until mid-August, because the kids were home from school. The timing was extremely tight to ensure that the house sold and closed before it foreclosed. With Glenn's expertise and our confidence in him, he put our minds at ease. He really is an expert. I am writing to give my feedback on my experience with working with Glenn and his staff. I was in a situation that would have taken a lot of knowledge, time and effort put forth to resolve.
Glenn made this the easiest thing. He was up-front about what steps he was going to have to take and explained everything in terms I could understand. All I needed to do was follow his instructions and sign some forms and go from there.
There was no contacting the mortgage company myself and negotiations where all handled by him. The credit repair program he has for after the transaction is something few offer, but a lot need. That was my main focus was to get everything bringing my credit down taken care of and then focusing on rebuilding. My advice to anyone is don't wait till it is too late to do anything.
I would highly recommend Glenn and his staff to anyone.

Dear Glenn,
I just wanted to take some time to personally thank you and Scott for everything you did for me. Especially, answering stupid questions that I asked to ensure I sold my house no matter what obstacles came up. I had went to several companies who said they could help with the foreclosure and you go through the long process of answering tons of questions via mailing or faxing stacks and stacks of papers, and at the end of the day I still needed help.
My redemption period was getting closer and closer and I needed to try and sell this property badly, because what little credit I still had I needed to save it, my oldest is in college and I never know when he might need something so I wanted to be ready. I meet Albert Simms who I am deeply grateful for, he told me to give you a call and that you could help. At this time, I was thinking "whatever, here we go again". So I took the number and called this was the most important call I had ever placed. I left a message and you called back right away and we played telephone tag and at this point I knew you were strictly about business. I meet with you gave you whatever information you needed. You said "I am pretty sure we can get this done", and from that day forward my life has never been the same. You stepped in and picked up all of the broken pieces and put them back together.
I have never met such a more caring person in my life (besides my husband). It is people like you who really make a big difference in this world! I am so grateful for this experience, and keep making a difference.
