I just read a blog about having a purpose, what is your purpose in Real Estate. So that got me thinking about what my purpose is and what got me started in Real Estate to begin with. I'm glad I read that blog, to remind myself.

So first and foremost I got started in Real Estate to help others find an affordable home and get out of the renters cycle. That's where I was at one point in my life. Didn't think home ownership was a possibility, put low and behold it was. That my friends is why I decided to get into Real Estate to spread that news and help others reach their home goals. My favorite program for home ownership is VHDA and that is the route I took. Does your first home have to be your last home. Not at all, life changes, you change, your wants and needs change. But you have to start somewhere.

So buyers, even if your not ready today, give me a call or email. I'll help get you on your way to ownership. You'll be glad you did!

Sellers, if seems that most of my sellers want desperately to rid themselves of that I home they chose my to list and not necessarily to purchase a another one, most all ready own another home. So there I am again, helping people with their Real Estate needs and goals.
