About Us:

Team Candler serves the Gold Country and Sierra Foothills of Northern California including: Colfax, Auburn, Weimar, Meadow Vista, Applegate, Grass Valley/Nevada City, Chicago Park/Peardale, Alta/Dutch Flat, and surrounding areas. Other areas include Rocklin, Roseville and Granite Bay.

We realize that buying and selling real estate can be a stressful time, and understand that this process is not to be taken lightly. Our goal, as real estate professionals, is to help our clients through this process with as little hassle as possible.

We continually look for programs and attend training to be able to help our clients, both buyers and sellers, be able to take advantage of the many opportunities available to help them with their real estate transactions. One of the programs that has been around for a long time, but rarely used during the 100% loan programs that got us into this “credit crisis”, is The Nehemia Gift Program. This is a way for buyers to get down payment assistance and sellers the option of not reducing their sale price and still be attractive to buyers.

Other programs include FHA 203(K) Home Renovation Loans, buyers can take advantage of this program to repair or replace eligible renovation improvements for their new home. Another program is the Energy Efficient Mortgage, the ability to upgrade or add energy efficient items in their new home such as dual-pane windows, heating and air-conditioning and much more. This also aids sellers so they can sell without having to spend to do some of those upgrades.
