I was at a conference last week and the social media expert was talking about you need a strategy on Twitter. Don't be on there to just converse but have a strategy. So I wondered what was yours and do you agree?
Thanks to Missy Caulk in Michigan for bringing this up. Do you know if in NY State a land contract is still considered a sale and thus, the tax rebate applies? Anyone have the answer or a place where I can go look it up - specific to NY?

Tomorrow is preferred (Sat.) as I was informed by my rent-to-own tenant they are not going to buy the home. I need to find out what is out there for lower valued properties ($40,000) and what the qualifications are. Plus, what I am allowed to give back in seller consessions.
I don't want another rent-to-own tenant, like to sell it and need to know how to qualify them.
