Playa Vista is a Westside neighborhood on 1,087 acres full of parks and very dog friendly. Spyglass Park is where you go for a great view of the wetlands. Sunset Park has game tables, rocking chairs and hammocks and is the destination for the best sunset view of the wetlands. Westwind Park is a tribute to the local wildlife with 180 species of birds living at the Freshwater Marsh. The CenterPointe Club has two swimming pools, fitness facilities, activity rooms, a screening room, a sundeck and business services.
