I have found Real Estate to come naturally to me. I love it and enjoy what I do. I am a people person who works hard to earn your business. I have found that when you treat your clients with respect, just as you want treated, you earn their attention and respect when they want to buy or sell a property. I have relocated clients to other states that still to this day call on me to help them find a agent like me in the area. • First time Buyers No problem, I love being part of the first home you buy. I am very attentive to everything that you want your first home to be. • Down Sizing? I will talk to you about all that you love about your present home and what you expect from your next home. I will help establish the right asking price for your current home and manage the closing and purchase of both homes at the same time so there is no "in between."
• Foreclosure I have been succesfull at many short term sales to help you avoid reposession. I will work with your lender to get a buyer for your home to satisfy the lenders request and get you into something you feel more comfortable with.
• Short Sales In todays market this may very well be a all too familiar situation where you need to sell your home for less than you owe on it. I specialize in this area and I will talk to you beforehand on exactly what to expect and how the entire short sale process works. I have done many short sales and I am a expert.
• New home builders I am building a new home myself. I work with all the builders on a ongoing basis from start to end to help you understand the building process. You would not go into danger without being unarmed, so don't go into buying a new build home with only their "in home team" helping you. Have someone on your side to represent you. Your already paying for it. Most all builders have already alloted a 3% cost in the price of their homes for Realtor representation. Since your paying for it why not ultilize it?
