Price Corridor Circle G Ranches - A true beauty of a neighborhood

Circle G Ranches tree lined streetsMost of the Price Corridor neighborhoods are in Chandler, but in the northwest corner of the Price Corridor, there is a very elegant neighborhood called Circle G Ranches that actually resides within the city of Tempe. Circle G Ranches is an equestrian community made up of custom homes on larger premium sized lots with tree lined streets. Homes in Circle G Ranches were built beginning in 1979, with the most recent home built in 2005. This upscale community has large, mature landscaping, a community park, tennis court, playground, and equestrian arena. It also boasts a semi-private and secluded roadway, sidewalks, and horse riding trails throughout the community.

Homes average just over 4,180 square feet, with 83% having private pools, and 76% being single story. There are currently five homes listed for sale in Circle G Ranches, and they range in price from $600,000 to $7,750,000. The smallest home for sale being a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom brick beauty on just under a half acre. There is one bank owned home that has a sale pending. Other than that, there has only been one other sale in Circle G Ranches over the past couple of years, and that 4 bedroom, 4 bath Pueblo, or Santa Fe, style home sold for $670,000 on July 8, 2009.

Price Corridor - Homes for sale

Currently there are 187 homes for sale within the Price Corridor. The beauty of this area is the diversity of homes you will find. The price ranges from a small three bedroom, two bath, 1,500 square foot ranch home priced at $68,875; to a one-of-a-kind custom five bedroom, seven bath, almost 10,000 square foot Tuscan beauty on a lake in Ocotillo priced at $2,999,999.

This is an average of over 48 homes being sold per month, which makes the Price Corridor a pretty active area for home sales. A three bedroom, two bath, 1,230 square foot ranch home sold in march for a low of $40,000. The most expensive home that sold in the Price Corridor during the first six months of 2009 was a five bedroom, four bath, 4,241 square foot Camelot model home that sold for $690,000.

Out of the 187 homes available within the Price Corridor; 7 are 2 bedroom ranging from $145,900 to $449,990; 84 of them are 3 bedroom, ranging from the $68,875 to $1,700,000; 68 are 4 bedroom ranging from $135,000 to $899,000; and 28 are 5 plus bedrooms ranging from $207,900 to $2,999,999.

Chandler's Price Corridor has excellent shopping - Part I

Price Corridor has some spectacular shopping. Back when we first moved to Arizona in 1996, there was no Price Corridor, no price freeway in Chandler, and no shopping mall in Chandler. Now the city of Chandler has the Chandler Fashion Center. A regional shopping center that is the second largest mall in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Chandler Fashion Center in the Price CorridorChandler Fashion Center opened October 19, 2001 with over 180 stores and five anchors, including Arizona's second Nordstrom. Being from Portland, Oregon, Nordstrom was a place we all loved to shop, and we even had a close relative that worked at Nordstrom. Nordstrom was something we were excited about getting, as well as having a nearby Sears, Dillard's, Macy's and Harkins Theatres. The Chandler Fashion Center is located just west of the 101 Freeway and just north of the 202 Santan Freeway, on the north end of the Price Corridor.

In addition to the anchor stores, the Chandler Fashion Center has a variety of unique and specialty stores for everyone to enjoy. There are additional clothing stores, jewelry stores, bookstores, and novelty stores. The Chandler Fashion Center also has Arizona's first Lego store, and a vast selection of restaurants in addition to the food court.

What makes this area of the Price Corridor unique are all the other large retail centers surrounding the Chandler Fashion Center. You have the Chandler Village Center, Chandler Festival, Chandler Gateway, and the Boulevard Shops.

For some of the most premier shopping in Chandler and the East Valley, you must visit the Chandler Fashion Center in the Price Corridor.

Chandler's Price Corridor - Just exactly what is it?

Chandler's Price Corridor is a combination of businesses, parks, and communities that encompass the western portion of the City of Chandler, along the 101 freeway. It is a great example of how strategic infrastructure and long-term planning can positively shape a community. The area has a stretch along the 101 freeway that is attracting some very well known businesses, and already includes Intel, Orbital Sciences, and Wells Fargo as some of it's tenants. Price Corridor’s commercial real estate mix also includes Class ‘A’ offices, executive office suites, light industrial parks, mixed use projects and corporate and technology campus settings.
