Most of the Price Corridor neighborhoods are in Chandler, but in the northwest corner of the Price Corridor, there is a very elegant neighborhood called Circle G Ranches that actually resides within the city of Tempe. Circle G Ranches is an equestrian community made up of custom homes on larger premium sized lots with tree lined streets. Homes in Circle G Ranches were built beginning in 1979, with the most recent home built in 2005. This upscale community has large, mature landscaping, a community park, tennis court, playground, and equestrian arena. It also boasts a semi-private and secluded roadway, sidewalks, and horse riding trails throughout the community.
Circle G Ranches in the Price Corridor is comprised of 156 custom built homes. Lot sizes range from just over a quarter acre to over seven acres. Homes average just over 4,180 square feet, with 83% having private pools, and 76% being single story. There are currently five homes listed for sale in Circle G Ranches, and they range in price from $600,000 to $7,750,000. The smallest home for sale being a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom brick beauty on just under a half acre. There is one bank owned home that has a sale pending. Other than that, there has only been one other sale in Circle G Ranches over the past couple of years, and that 4 bedroom, 4 bath Pueblo, or Santa Fe, style home sold for $670,000 on July 8, 2009.
Circle G Ranches in the Price Corridor sits just north of the new Chandler Fashion Square shopping mall. It is in close proximity to the loop 101 Price Freeway, as well as the 202 Santan Freeway. It is part of the Kyrene Elementary School District, and the Tempe Union High School District. Because Circle G Ranches is within the Price Corridor, it also is nearby some well known employers such as Intel, Wells Fargo, and Orbital Sciences.
Circle G Ranches is a well established, opulent neighborhood within the Price Corridor, that truly shows pride of ownership.

Currently there are 187 homes for sale within the Price Corridor. The beauty of this area is the diversity of homes you will find. The price ranges from a small three bedroom, two bath, 1,500 square foot ranch home priced at $68,875; to a one-of-a-kind custom five bedroom, seven bath, almost 10,000 square foot Tuscan beauty on a lake in Ocotillo priced at $2,999,999.
Over the first six months of 2009, there were 289 homes sold within the Price Corridor. This is an average of over 48 homes being sold per month, which makes the Price Corridor a pretty active area for home sales. A three bedroom, two bath, 1,230 square foot ranch home sold in march for a low of $40,000. The most expensive home that sold in the Price Corridor during the first six months of 2009 was a five bedroom, four bath, 4,241 square foot Camelot model home that sold for $690,000.
Out of the 187 homes available within the Price Corridor; 7 are 2 bedroom ranging from $145,900 to $449,990; 84 of them are 3 bedroom, ranging from the $68,875 to $1,700,000; 68 are 4 bedroom ranging from $135,000 to $899,000; and 28 are 5 plus bedrooms ranging from $207,900 to $2,999,999.
The Price Corridor is a market worth looking into!

Price Corridor has some spectacular shopping. Back when we first moved to Arizona in 1996, there was no Price Corridor, no price freeway in Chandler, and no shopping mall in Chandler. Now the city of Chandler has the Chandler Fashion Center. A regional shopping center that is the second largest mall in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Chandler Fashion Center opened October 19, 2001 with over 180 stores and five anchors, including Arizona's second Nordstrom. Being from Portland, Oregon, Nordstrom was a place we all loved to shop, and we even had a close relative that worked at Nordstrom. Nordstrom was something we were excited about getting, as well as having a nearby Sears, Dillard's, Macy's and Harkins Theatres. The Chandler Fashion Center is located just west of the 101 Freeway and just north of the 202 Santan Freeway, on the north end of the Price Corridor.
In addition to the anchor stores, the Chandler Fashion Center has a variety of unique and specialty stores for everyone to enjoy. There are additional clothing stores, jewelry stores, bookstores, and novelty stores. The Chandler Fashion Center also has Arizona's first Lego store, and a vast selection of restaurants in addition to the food court.
What makes this area of the Price Corridor unique are all the other large retail centers surrounding the Chandler Fashion Center. You have the Chandler Village Center, Chandler Festival, Chandler Gateway, and the Boulevard Shops.
For some of the most premier shopping in Chandler and the East Valley, you must visit the Chandler Fashion Center in the Price Corridor.
Chandler's Price Corridor is a combination of businesses, parks, and communities that encompass the western portion of the City of Chandler, along the 101 freeway. It is a great example of how strategic infrastructure and long-term planning can positively shape a community. The area has a stretch along the 101 freeway that is attracting some very well known businesses, and already includes Intel, Orbital Sciences, and Wells Fargo as some of it's tenants. Price Corridor’s commercial real estate mix also includes Class ‘A’ offices, executive office suites, light industrial parks, mixed use projects and corporate and technology campus settings. There are several parks throughout the Price Corridor where people can picnic, play, ride bikes, or have a birthday party or event. Snedigar Sports Complex is also adjacent to the Price Corridor. The Price Corridor includes the Ocotillo Golf Resort, which is recognized as a Top 50 Resort by Golf World, and a 4 1/2 star golf course by Golf Digest. The Price Corridor also includes Chandler Regional Hospital, and the Chandler Fashion Center. To top it all off, there are some of the best residential neighborhoods in Chandler along the Price Corridor; neighborhoods such as Ocotillo, Clemente Ranch, and Circle G Ranches to name just a few.
The combination of quality employment, premier shopping and dining, superb parks, and numerous residential options make the Price Corridor in Chandler appealing to companies individuals, and families alike. The Price Corridor is made up of the area South of Warner Road, North of Chandler Heights Road, West of Alma School Road, and Slightly East of the 101 Freeway.

Mia and I have lived in Chandler for 12 fantastic years. We have 2 wonderful children who make life worth living. Our daughter is 22, and is still trying to figure out what she wants to be in life. She has been going to Chandler/Gilbert Community College, and is in the process of applying for beauty school. She has been singing in Choir since I don't know when, and was singing with the Chandler/Gilbert Choi
r the past two years. Our son is 9, going on 25. He wears a men's size 9 shoe! He is your typical boy who loves to be active. He has tried everything from Gymnastics, to BMX biking, to flag football, and he is currently trying out Club Soccer to bring out the competitive side of him. We just recently had a new addition to our family, a boxer puppy. We named her Gracie. We got her this past Easter, and we love her to death.
Prior to moving to Arizona, I lived in many states throughout the country, as well as Okinawa. My father was in the military, and we lived in Florida, Idaho, and Kansas (to name a few places), before moving back to Oregon when I was in the fifth grade. I guess you could say I knew a lot about being the new kid in school. Mia had lived in Oregon her whole life. Her father was an educator, and her mother worked for the post office before they both retired. She, however, had traveled extensively, including trips to Japan and Costa Rica. We both come from households with great work ethic and good family values.
In our spare time, we love activities, whether it is riding quads or jet skiing in 
Lake Havasu, attending Broadway shows and sporting events, or visiting new places like Bisbee and Jerome, AZ. We enjoy spending time with our families, and try to get together as often as possible. I especially like to play softball, as I am too old to participate in just about any other sport (The knees are giving out on me). Mia loves to create things, as she designs her own jewelry, and can be very artistic when she has the time. She can also create a meal out of nothing in less than 10 minutes, and that's an art all in itself. Mia is also fluent in Spanish, which has come in very handy with our trips to Ensenada, Costa Rica, and Cabo San Lucas.
We are very civic minded individuals as well, and at one time or another have both worked for County and/or City Government. Mia has also been on the Board for the school PTO, as well as a volunteer for the Special Olympics, and Hands Across The Border. I have been a youth sports coach and official for so many years, I can't remember how many. We have also served on Youth Councils, the Little League Board, volunteered for the United Way and the City of Chandler Youth Enhancement Program. We believe in giving back to our community, and that it really does take a village to raise great children.
