Yes, we workout to music, Yes, we do it in our barefeet. It is a great workout!
Barefeet just means low impact, that does not mean low intensity. You can still get a very intense workout if that is what you want. Nia is all about YOU!
Nia is a workout for everyBODY. Terre Pruitt, Certified Nia White Belt, leads the workout.
Nia has all the cycles that a workout you are familier with has; a warm-up, a "cardio", a cool down,
and a floor time. It is a make-you-feel-good-all-over-leave-you-wanting-more-kind of workout.

I finally was able to get evening time at the local studio in Willow Glen! Yay!!!!
So now we have AM Nia and PM Nia. Come join us!

Mondays and Wednesdays in the morning (9:00 am to 10:00 am)
Tuesdays in the evening (6:00 pm to 7:00 pm)

New Students can purchase a three class pass for $20
Drop in fee $12.00 per class.
