Eagle Colorado

What a beautiful sight. Try telling a 5 year old and a three year old your can't pet him. it was right in the backyard and we sat and watched him. There was three females and some babies across the road that were not even afraid of us. My grandchildren are so blessed to live in this wonderful place in "Eagle Colorado.

Getting Listings

I have three buyers right now ready to buy. I have not been able to find them a home.

They all want to live in Wellington CO. A wonderful town jut a few miles from Fort Collins. CO.

I have called all the people I have sold homes to in Wellington, which is many, to see if they or anyone of their neighbors are thinking of selling their homes. No luck there,

I have walked and knocked on doors with information about the neighborhood and asked are you or anyone you know in the neighborhood thinking of selling your home. No luck there,

I did pick up another buyer who was renting, they want to stay in Wellington.

I am going to The Senior Center and asking for their help. Seniors know everyone. I hope I have some luck there.

Success to all.

Changing Seasons

I am very blessed to live in Northern Colorado. Our seasons are so beautiful.

Waiting for the next season is wonderful, I enjoy outdoor activities in all.

It is so wonderful to take a client all around when the leaves are turning color in the fall. I especially like my out of town buyers to see a lot of area before they decide which is the best for them to live in. Some of them come with a school district in mind, others just want to see what is out there.

We have a variety of areas close to Fort Collins that we can show property in. This is great for buyers because the drive is not far and they can make the choice of which area is best for them.

Showing property in the snow is a challenge, but I was able to get a contract during our last storm which we go twenty four inches of snow in two days.

I was very amazed and I think that was on of my posts on Active Rain.

Success to All.

Snow in Northern Colorado

Well fellow Active Rainers I am sure you have been watching the weather here on the news. It has been crazy already.

I do enjoy some snow and like to ski and do outdoor winter sports. This is amazing. We have had 2 feet of snow in the last couple of days. Lot's of road closesures and very cold temperatures.

This is only October so I am a little concerned about what this winter is going to bring. We have already had lot's of snow. Good thing I can still push the shovel! I used to pay the neighbors son to do my lawn and shovel in the winter, he got a real job!

One good thing I still got an offer on one of my listings! Could not believe anyone was looking at homes this last two days.

Success to all.

Lack of Houses

I have a buyer that is looking for a home in a certain area here in Northern Colorado. We made a couple of offers, against my judgement and advise he chose to make low offers and we lost the bids.

We are now out of homes in this area to look at. There are just no listings in Wellington Colorado that are in his price range.

So I got creative. I walked one subdivsion and talked to a lot of people to see if anyone was thinking of selling their home. NO! Could not find one. I will be walking as long as the weather holds and try and get some listings and find this buyer a home.

One good thing I have possibly picked up two more buyers who were renting at this time.

They want to buy in Wellingon. This is going to be a challange ,but I love a challenge.

Success to all.
