This time of year we start getting ready for more family time, although the kids and I had lot's of great camping trips this summer.

We had a neighborhood Halloween party, I got the e-mail and it looked like great fun, so I forwarded it to my kids. To my surprise they both came with all the grand kids.

They are just getting into the routine of school and slowing down on trips from this summer,

We had horse drawn wagon, great rides for the kids and adults. They painted pumpkins, had some games and a chili cook off contest.

What a great party. We all had fun, and grandma had all the kids and grandkids before the holidays this year.

I was tired after the weekend but oh I can never get enough of my family.

I have always kept in touch with past and present clients. E-mails, cards, phone calls.

When I get in touch with the past I remember how I wanted to be friends with most of them. You become close to someone when you help them find a new home, or sell and old one and move on. Sometimes they stay in the area and sometimes they go out and away,

I never have enough time, even when business is slow, to spend enough time with the people I meet.

I have 5 grandchildren and that is where I like to be when I am having a slow time.

My thoughts have always been, as I get older I will have more time. That has not happened to me yet? Still waiting,

It was a year ago this week that my mom went to be with the Heavenly Father.

I had family and friends and a lot of support. It did not make it easy, but it helped.

We went camping the week after the funeral, to her favorite camping spot, yes even at 80 years young mom loved to camp and fish.

We got snowed on, rained on, and it was cold. Had some great hikes , made a fire and we are going again today.

We have better weather predicted, thank goodness and my daughter and her family are joining us this year.

Going to remember the good times and her, think we are going to make this and annual family event.

Well fellow Active Rainer's it has been a very busy summer.

It seems like I have had a bunch of good luck. Lot's of referrals from past clients.

It is slowing down a lot in Colorado, at least this is what I am hearing.

I don't understand, there are great interest rates. Buyers keep saying they are waiting for another tax credit. Do the Math. if you are thinking of buying your payment will be very low with these interest rates!

Don't sit on the fence these rates could go way up.

Lately I have been trying to get onto Twitter and I get Capacity full. When I want to blog I block time out and just have so much time to accomplish what I need to do. Not like this is life threatening, but I am hooked on blogging, don't have much time now that it is summer, and don't want to wait.

I am glad that Active Rain seems to have caught up with the volume. I don't have problems on this sight and get to talk to all I want to in a timely manner, hope Twitter catches up with themselves.
