I started blogging about a year ago. I did not know what to do. I read other blogs, commented on the blogs I read. Active Rain is a work in progress, always learning and moving forward.
I read some of the first blogs I posted, and they were not bad, but I did not write as thoroughly as I do now,
Writer I am not! I love to think and then put my words on paper. That's why I love to blog.
I sometimes get up, read some blogs, make my comments, and think, what am I going to write about today? Then something pops in my head and I start writing.
I try to get some facts about my posts, give good information , as I want to receive information when reading others blogs.
When I first started blogging I did not put so much thought and care into what I was saying. I just wrote, now I want to sound better and get facts straight.
I think if I took English in school again, I would pay more attention to what I was learning. I thought I would never want to write. I feel like I am progressing on my own, not as quickly as I would like.

I got a great surprise from the support group at Active Rain.
We all love to blog, learn and move up with the points. It is obvious with reading the Active Rain blogs and the comments.
I received a phone call from Active Rain Support for my outside blog. They really care about us!! I cannot believe the classes they have, the support they give!
They are at the top and are still striving to be the best! I recommend Active Rain to all the new agents at Keller Williams when they come on board. What a way to get started and learn. It takes discipline but is a great learning tool.
Keep going Active Rain!

I think I have blogged on this before, I have many home owners calling me and saying, I was in a loan remodification trial program, now I am in foreclosure.
I have a story that is true,
I have a home owner who contacted me 16 months ago, was in a trial loan modification program, they make sure they make their payments for a certain time before they give them the final loan modification.
They never missed a payment. They got a foreclosure notice in the mail. Same day they got their loan modification packet.
They were charged $9000. in legal fees, added to the back of their loan. There were five years added to their loan. Payments were only lowered about $100. 00. a month.
This is help? The total cost of their loan modification is going to be about $63,000. The payments they made were not credited to their account for the last 16 months, it went to charges.
When a lawyer was called , he said, nothing can be done, they gave you the loan modification! I am amazed !

There was an article I read that really surprised me. I had never given this any thought, even though I buy a lot of ink.
Changing fonts can save you money. Different fonts require a different amount of space and will change how much ink it takes to print. Century Gothic rather than Arial will save you money.
If schools and government would do this we could save lot's of money. They print excessive amounts of documents!
It does not seem like a lot but if we all start with a little here, and a little there we could begin to see a difference.
Success to all.

I received a reply to my first blog about Health Insurance and I don't think I finished my thoughts so I am adding to it.
I asked did we vote on this? I know the people that are supposed to represent us voted for us. When they took surveys of the people, all the ones I say, showed the people , for the majority were against this.
It was still passed, it is being protested in many places. I for one don't think the government should run business. Look at the IRS , and anything else they have touched.
I agree something needs to be done, but is this the best way for the people?
I have spoken to many small business owners and they are almost going under already, any added expense could finish them.
So again, is this really best for the people?
Success to all.
