Hey Folks!
Not a sad day but a day for celebration. Paul Harvey, one of the best know voices and legend in radio died today. He was 90.
Many of us have grown up listening to Mr. Harvey's unique radio and voice style. Was know for writing two different columns a day.
Paul Harvey is best known for recanting live stories only for the audience to discover who the person was at the end of the story with the now famous sign off of "Now you know the rest of the story"
So today, Paul Jr. and the rest of the family and close friends I say we are not here to ask why. We are here to say thank you for all of those wonderful stories and to celebrate his reunion with Lynne (his beloved wife that past a year ago).
Now you know the rest of the story.
Thanks for reading

Hey Folks!
Please note that I am not the guy at the Goodwill stores and garage sales looking for things to buy for resale.
I must confess. I love gadgets! Computers, phones, TV, all that kind of good stuff.
Well my wife and I just upgraded our equiptment. This leaves some gently used computers that I need to sell. While I just listed them on Craigslist and I am about to put on EBAY the idea just hit me. Why not list here?
This site is about learning and sharing. Selling and buying. If I have some things that can help my fellow Rainers I feel I must post them. Here is what I need to sell
15" Apple Titanium PowerBook G4 (purchased reconditioned from Apple), $500
17" Apple Titanium PowerBook G4 (purchased new from Apple), $700
Apple Clamshell iBook, purchased from a ebay reseller, $100
Apple G4 Tower, purchased from EBAY, $350
10.3" Sony Vaio, VGN-T150P with factory doc station (purchased new from Sony), $450
(3) PC Towers, various configurations, purchased from Office depot, $150 - $350
Canon 20D SLR with lens and accessories (purchased from EBAY), $350
Now I have pictures and will give full details. Everything I know about everything will be completely disclosed. Everything is in great shape and just need to find a new home.
All prices will be plus shipping and insurance. Of course local pickup (Indianapolis) is OK.
Thanks for looking
Tony
Hey Folks!
Been a long (but fun). My day job did get off to a late start. This morning I attended a "seminar" from Money Tree Training Group. This group serves mortgage and real estate folks with personal coaching.
Brian Bailey gave the "seminar" and let me say glass looks at him and says "he's slick." Not saying a bad thing he is what he is. While some things didn't make sense (says he has been doing this for 15-years and trained for 8-years all while being 37) he delivered great points that can help anyone in the business. Most are based on the book: Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill.
Now I did not sign up I wanted to get opinions about how everyone in the rain views personal coaches. So please comment. I also found a cool widget site I am expermienting with.

Hey Folks!
I was just messing around on www.godaddy.com yesterday looking at names and the thought it me, is it all about .com?
Now if you have ever searched for a name you know the .com pool is getting real thin. While .gov is reserved for goverment and .edu schools what about the rest.
.org was used for non-profits. Not any more
.biz was looked at as a second class business. Today more and more businesses are .biz
Now we have .tv, .me, .info, .mobi, etc. What do you think?
Should big business classes have a specific tag. Realtor = .rtl, Broker = .bkr, Banker = .bailout (kidding)
As I posted yesterday about toll free numbers how important is it to have a .com?
Thanks in advance for your comments.
Have a Great Day!

The Place with Great Rates!
Hey Folks!
I am been a very, very bad blogger. Business, family and such has kept me away for a few weeks. Hope to stay back this time.
I am sure you can relate to being in a public place and seeing those signs to turn off your cell phone ringer. Churches, movies, banks, etc. No one seems to like ringers. Here is a short video of why not have your ringer on. Have a great day and when you have any mortgage questions or needs I am here to help. Need rates? Use the widget below to find out what they are.
Have a Great Day!
