Well today is Martin Luther King day. With all of the historic events that are happening this week what would be more enjoyable than to watch this famous speech.

Please remember that I am not about poltics or picking sides. These week is just a moment in time that will go down in American history and I am like many that is glued to the media sources. I will record to watch. I will purchase a newspaper to save. Years down the road I am sure I will have a conversation about what I was doing during the inauguration (btw, I watch and celebrate all inaugurations)

The refinancing rush is on.

The Mortgaeg Bankers Assoication said this week that due to dropping interest rates more than 85 percent of all mortgage activity involve refinancing applications.
