The Bellingham condo market is seeeing a slight decrease for the the year. The average decrease of 6.1% over last year. The median loss was only 2.3% compared to the same period of last year.
The good news it is that the final quarter of the year saw a slight increase in condo sales prices and I am predicting that will continue as the newer condos that have been completed like the Drake and the Waldron and Young have been completed and are being sold.

Here are the sales statistics for residential real estate in Sudden Vally for the end of the year.
It's a mixed bag for Sudden Valley depending on which stats you look at. We can see a .7% rise in price if we look at the average numbers and 2.2% drop if we look at median numbers.
More significantly there was a 17.3% drop in the number of homes sold.
