Theater of Homes has just completed producing this video piece as an introduction to Theater of Homes and it's services. Theater of Homes is more than just a quality high definition home or property video tour production company. Theater of Homes is so much more. We are your complete marketing package. Not only do we create your beautiful video home tour but we distribute that tour to all the video distribution services that have any clout. In addition we tag, title, and add your description to allow easy accessibility and find-ability on those distribution services and search engines. We even distribute your tour in an iTunes compatible RSS feed so that anyone can subscribe and receive regular video tour updates in HD that can be viewed on the computer, wide screen televisions, iPods, and iPhones. Theater of Homes is in the iTunes directory. Fire up iTunes type in our name and see. We can even put that video on DVD for you and your client as a keepsake or to showcase.
Another product that Theater of Homes does so well is what we call the MEET-THE-AGENT piece. It is simply a beautifully done on camera interview of you. It is your opportunity to sell yourself; an opportunity to persuade perspective clients why working with you is the best choice. A MEET-THE-AGENT video is the most effective and economical tool you can use to promote yourself. This video is also tagged with appropriate key words and distributed through our distribution channels.
Theater of Home is easy, effective, and affordable. No ongoing fees. We make the videos, we optimize the videos for search services, and we distribute the videos. You reap the benefit of attracting many, many more views of your property. With more views comes greater chances of selling your property. The internet is convenient and fast. It spans counties and countries. A person can tour a dozen homes in less than an hour without getting into a car. Talk about working green. No carbon emissions with video open houses.
I believe in the near future systems will be in place where a buyer can query a real estate search; entering all that person desires to have in a home, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, etc, and even desired community and neighborhood and boom! A list of video tours of homes for sale meeting that search criteria. We have the technology to do that now. All that is missing is the team of programers to make it happen. I believe it is coming soon.
Start now by going to http://www.theaterofhomes.com and filling out the form to get your MEET-THE-AGENT video created. Get that video out there in front of you, working for you as you go on with other business. That video even works for you while you sleep. It can't hurt but, it sure could help. Then come back to http://www.theaterofhomes.com and fill out the form to get your first property video tour produced. First time customers get $75 off. Get your first property video tour for $75 off!

I recently commented on a blog post and felt that my message was relevant to every real estate professional so here it is.
In reference to blog post: http://activerain.com/blogsview/542199/Agent-Uses-Video-To
After reading the many comments posted here regarding effectiveness of video tours as a marketing tool, there is an element I see somewhat unaddressed. That element is the human evolution in regard to technology. Buyers and sellers alike are raising the bar whether they know it or not just by living in this modern technological society. As generations pass, integration of technology couples everyday life experiences. Expectations are on the rise. The transition from traditional media to new media is ever present. The ease and availability of new media is astounding.
In an article written by Channing Dawson titled It's Time To Be Amazed posted at http://www.inman.com/opinion/guest-perspective/2008/09/10/its-time-be-amazed Wednesday, September 10th, 2008 stated
"For instance, in 2012 Internet traffic will be 75 times larger than it was in 2002, and video will constitute nearly 400 times what U.S. Internet backbone traffic was in 2000. In 2012, the equivalent of 7 billion DVDs will be flying around the Internet every month.
Internet video made up about 22 percent of all consumer Internet traffic at the end of 2007. That number will jump to 32 percent by the end of this year (2008), a remarkable one-year leap. By 2012, video will make up nearly 50 percent of all consumer Internet traffic. We're clearly watching a lot of video on the Web.
As humans demand more of the Web, it is spurring what Cisco calls "a new generation of complex, highly personalized, bandwidth-intensive media applications." The Web -- and its offspring -- is continuing to grow, change, adapt, mutate and expand to meet human needs, and all the systems it touches will need to adapt, change and grow as well."
It is becoming more evident what the future will look like when it comes to internet consumption and avalibility. Broadband has surpassed dial-up internet access across America and adoption was a landslide. Even though TelCo companies complain about too much data traffic on their old copper lines new technologies are making it possible and new systems are being integrated now for a very fast internet future. It is true in many ways when you hear it said that the future is now!
An impressive video to watch can be found at http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/kevin_kelly_on_the_next_5_000_days_of_the_web.html presented by Kevin Kelly in 2007 titled Predicting the Next 5,000 Days of the Web. The internet is just over 5,000 days old and look how far we have come. Can you imagine where we will be in the next 5,000 days?
At Theater of Homes, this is what we do and we do it well. We love what we do and have a passion for it. We make beautiful video tours of property listings and so much more. We have been doing it for some time even before the general population was ready for it. Theater of Homes is one of the oldest video tour production companies in the business that produces the highest quality video tours available. I challenge you to look at our tours and those of our competitors. Let your eyes and ears be the judge. I refer to our tours as simple elegance for that is what they portray regardless of the property being captured.
The bottom line is that we are available by phone or email for consultations and they are free. Any one of our team would be happy to speak with you addressing any concern or question you may have. If you knew what I know about the power of marketing with video you would not list another property ever again without a video tour.
