Up here in the Sussex County New Jersey we are experiencing springtime and what a glorious time it is. Everything is blooming , the trees and bushes are clorful and its as if life is renewing before our eyes. Anyone that needs a reason to praise God only ned look out the window, or better yet take a walk, you will be floored by the splendor of His majesty. Not that we shouldn't find reason to praise the Lord each and every day, but I like to look at the rebirth all around us and be reminded of the rebirth that He gave all of us throuh the ,life, death ,and resurrection of His son Jesus Christ.

I know that the general consensus is that Northern New Jersey home ownership has become beyond the reach of many first time home buyers. This is not true if you come to Susex County. A quick perusal of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service today listed 505 homes priced at $250,000 or less.

Moving to Sussex County may mean time spent commuting for many of you but in return you get to live in one of the most beautiful areas of the country(In my opinion). I moved to Sussex County 22 years ago and have never regretted it. Barely more than an hour from the GWB but another world entirely. The beauty of the mountains is breathtaking. Soon it will be spring and everything starts to bloom, its like God painted a giant mural. I'll admit that most residents commut and that can be rough sometimes but when you get home its all worth it.
