Hello Readers,
Sure it's fall and the weather is changing...so is your real estate market!
Does your house have the right curb appeal for the season?

No matter what the season, curb appeal plays a huge part in getting homes sold. Exterior staging often gets overlooked, especially when there is usually so much to do on the inside. Fall is a great time to complete certain activities, especially here in Texas.
Perhaps a small tree can be planted to hide a negative or unsightly view, or conversely, planted to frame or accentuate a great view. Also, fall is the time to be planting bulbs for spring flowering. Hopefully your home sells before then, but its not uncommon to plan ahead for a new listing that you will reveal in the spring.
Also, fall may be the time to put a garden to bed, or other small landscaping projects. (trim trees, fresh mulch, add some seasonal plants, etc...)
The fact of the matter is winter, spring, summer, or fall making a great first impression is key to selling your home in this market!

Hello Neighbors,
It's that time of year again...time to give!
Then again it's always a good time to give. Jeremy K. Frost and Keller Williams Realty has been one of the top contributors to the Austin Area Food Bank for many years, and we are out to do it again this year!
This great event takes place October 24th 2009!
The food drive pick up is at 9 am.
Just place the bag at the end of your drive way and volunteers will be out to pick them up.
Be on the look-out for the donation bags on your door. The bags are handed out just a few day prior to October 24th and will be picked up that Saturday morning in front of your home...giving is just that EASY!
