This market report is to cover the recent activity in the townhouse garden apartment subdivision of Kimberly Place in the Silver Spring Md., 20906. At the time of this report (11/8/2009) there are a total of four townhouses on the market for sale and another for rent.

The one for rent is a three-bedroom two full bath, one half bath townhouse listed for $1,700. This home has been on the market for just a week (7 days). There are no homes where rental applications are under consideration by the landlord at this time in the community.

Of those for sale two are two-bedroom two full bath garden apartments which are listed for $89,900 and $90,000. The least expensive is a one bedroom one bath home; on the market for $59,950. The most expensive is a three bedroom two baths apartment listed for $419,999. The average price for this set of homes is $185,306. The average time on market with the current Realtor is over five months (166 days).
