This market report is to cover RENTALS in the Silver Spring Md. 20901 zip code. At the time of this report (11/03/09) there are 22 units available for rent in the area cover by this report. Currently there are only two rentals in the zip code where the application to rent has been accepted by the landlord, but the lease not yet signed.

This market report is to cover Condos FOR SALE in the Silver Spring Md. 20901 zip code, except for those in the senior citizen community of Leisure World. At the time of this report (11/02/09) there are 20 units available for sale in the area cover by this report. While there are one-bedroom homes on the market for sale, the least expensive is a two-bedroom one full bath home on the market for $89,000. The most expensive is a two-bedroom two full baths with covered parking listed for $250,000.

There are two condos that are under contact at the time of the report.

Since October 1^st of 2009 only one condo completed the sales process in this zip code.

One Bedroom

There are ten one-bedroom one full bath condo units on the market in this market at the time of this report. The least expensive is listed for $89,900, the most expensive is listed at $199,900, and the average is $153,130. There are 60 homes on the market FOR SALE or RENT within 1 mile of the Medical Center METRO station in Bethesda Md. at the time of this report (11/2/2009).

The least expensive Rental is a one-bedroom high-rise apartment listed at $1495/month, which includes your utilities While there are four and even five bedroom rentals on the market in this area, the most expensive is a two-bedroom two and a half bath high-rise apartment with a two car covered parking listed for $6,250.

The least expensive on the market FOR SALE is a one-bedroom one full bath garden apartment listed for $169,900. The most expensive home FOR SALE is a six-bedroom five full bath one half baths detached home, on four levels, with a two car garage, and a fireplace listed for $1,995,000.

Silver Spring Md. Montgomery Chase subdivision - Market Report - Oct 2009

This market report is to cover the recent activity in the townhouse subdivision of Montgomery Chase in the Silver Spring Md, 20906. At the time of this report (11/1/2009) there are a total of six townhouses on the market for sale and another for rent.

The one for rent is a three-bedroom two full bath home listed for $1,575. This home has been on the market for less than two months (48 days). There no homes where rental applications are under consideration by the landlord at this time in the community.

Of those for sale one is a two-bedroom one full bath which is listed for $180,000 and has been on the market with the current Realtor for less than two weeks (8 days). This market report is to cover the CO-OPs in the senior citizen community of Leisure World in Silver Spring Maryland 20906. At the time of this report (11/1/09) there are 31 Co-Ops on the market FOR SALE or FOR RENT in this community. The configurations of these units range from a studio apartment with 635 sq ft of living space to townhouse with 1600 sq ft. There are two on the market FOR RENT at this time and the other 29 are listed for sale.

FOR RENT

There is one one-bedroom CO-OP FOR RENT at this time, it a studio apartment listed at $900/month and it has been on the market for nearly four months (114 days) with the same Realtor. The other CO-OP for rent is a two-bedroom one bath model listed for $1000/month and has been on the market for nearly a month (28 days) at the time of this report.

At the time of this report there are no applications FOR RENT that have been accepted and lease not yet signed.

No CO-OP has been rented since October 1^st of 2009.

FOR SALE

At the time of this report there are six one-bedroom one bath CO-OP units on the market FOR SALE in Leisure World.
