Now is the time students and parents start thinking about housing for the Fall semester. Wilmington offers lots of options for students who prefer not to live on campus at UNCW. Condos, townhomes, and single family homes are readily available.
Parents may want to consider a FHA Kiddie Condo Loan.
We look forward to introducing college students and their parents to Wilmington NC. Please let us know how we can help.
