Colleen Lafferty has over 25 years of Real Estate Sales and Appraisal experience and owned a successful Real Estate Appraisal Business in Statesboro, GA prior to moving to Boca Raton in 1991. Most recently, she has retired from Florida Atlantic University in Port St. Lucie and is looking forward to engaging in Real Estate full time. colleen@thelaffertygroup.com

Brandi Lafferty has 7 years of Interior Design and Sales experience and has worked with several Developers, designing the interior of model homes and working directly with their new homeowners to create a look they enjoy. Kathy Nystrom holds a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication with a Minor in French from Miami University, Oxford Ohio. She has 21/2 years as a Real Estate Professional and Leasing agent. She is a licensed pilot and has worked for several commuter airlines since 1986. Tom Hart has been in real estate construction and management in each of the last 5 decades. Tom has an AA Degree in Real Estate and has sold or still owns commercial and residential properties across the country. Anastasia Stanton is a native of the Treasure Coast. She attended St. Edwards in Vero Beach, Florida, and received her Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University in 1997. She then pursued her career in Social Work, specializing in the care of the elderly, and became a licensed Realtor in 2003. Anastasia resides in Stuart Florida and is a member of the Indian River County Board of Realtors. She enjoys her free time boating, golfing and travelling with family and friends.
