Since our last post, 13 homes were listed for sale, 7 went in to escrow, 6 closed escrow, 9 were taken off the market, 6 were put back on the market and 3 were put on hold.

Median Sold Price in May is $528,000.

The Yorba Linda Caravan/Broker Preview announced today that on January 28th, we will have a representative from the Yorba Linda Planning Commission speaking and taking questions at our meeting. Kudos to the steering committee for adding value aside from previewing properties.

Thanksgiving morning...bright and early....come join hundreds of you friends and neighbors in what is sure to become a Thanksgiving tradition in Yorba Linda. The inaugural Plymouth Rock 'n' Run Event takes place at Yorba Regional Park. Registration begins at 7am and the race starts at 8am. Registration is at the west end of the park near the softball fields.

The course runs east on LaPalma Avenue then circles back on the Santa Ana river trail.

I sit here watching TV and seeing Yorba Linda Real Estate burn. It is just devastating!! There are 5 or 6 homes burning on Blue Ridge and Merryweather while winds blow the fires. These are 4000-5000 square foot homes on 1/2 acre - 1 acre lots. Multi-million dollar homes that are gone in 20 minutes. Just amazing...stay tuned!!
