Since 1988 I have worked closely with many Building Contractors, Owners, Interior Designers, Investors, and Real Estate Professionals on hundreds of homes and investment properties. My painting firm is responsible for the finishing touches inside the home, and out- and from top to bottom.

I have observed and learned from job superintendents and tradesmen how to identify properly installed components and finishes. I can quickly determine the presence of improper workmanship or substandard materials. I have learned proper construction procedures that make your home its' best. I attend regular remodeler's council meetings and learn from round table discussions on many issues and unique situations.

My firm is frequently hired to paint over repairs and new additions to homes. I can advise you if they are nicely done- and if not- how to correct. I will help you identify the pros and cons in real estate value and construction quality. You can then make your winning gameplan.

John's beautiful wife Rhonda is a graduate of Florida State University and a Florida licensed Real Estate Agent since 1989. Her specialty is large acreage tracts, due to her love of horses and other animals.
