Bank of America just release 6000 new foreclosures in Nevada. Most of which are in Las Vegas of course. The greater Reno/Tahoe areas don't have a lot to pick from in the foreclosure listings unless you are looking in the under $200,000 price range.
There is a better way to look for the home that fits what you want and get a good price as well. An experienced realtor knows how to find them for their clients. If this is what you would like to do please contact me:

Did you hear that if you currently own a home and want to find a new one you will also qualify for a tax credit up to $6500?
Not just first time homebuyers get a tax break. If you have lived in your home for at least 5 years you will receive a tax credit up to $6500 when you buy a home. Even if you only owed $3000 when you file your tax return the government will send you a check for $3500 to equal $6500 if that's what you qualified for.
Call me for complete details. It's easier than ever to realize your dreams of a home in the greater Carson Valley areas.
