Mirasol

Mirasol is one of my very favorite Palm Beach Gardens communities. Between the beautiful clubhouse, the gorgeous homes, the luxurious spa, and the fabulous location, this neighborhood truly has it all. Golfers love the 2 championship courses, and kids love the Olympic sized pool, and sidewalks throughout the community to bike or run along. Mirasol has 25 subdivisions, each one unique. Two of the subdivisions have amazing custom homes. Although Mirasol is still developing, they are almost sold-out. Once you visit this neighborhood, you will be drawn in with the beauty of the community, homes and amenities. Mirasol offers 3 different types of membership: Golf, Sports and Social.

Evergrene in Palm Beach Gardens is a place you want to call home. This community is made up of 963 homes from condos to 5 bedroom Estates. After you pass thru the man gated entrance either thru Donald Ross or Hood Rd, all you see is Beautiful landscaping, it has meandering streets, lots of preserves and a 36 acre lake, that you can bike or walk around. The Homes are spectacular. You can choose from Italian, Tuscan, French Country, Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean as these are some of the architectural styles. This is also known for it being an Audubon International signature sanctuary.

The club house is like living at a resort. Come sit by the pool with a drink from the full service tiki bar complete with a full menu and cocktails. They have community dinners, take out dinners, every Friday Night they have a band! This is a very friendly, family oriented community. The club house also features a 5000sq ft. pool, two spas, children's water park and own pool, children's playground, basketball, sand volley ball, putting greens, hockey rink, gym, billiards room, nursery for the little ones and much much more.

From Evergrene, it is just a short drive to the ocean beaches and not even 5 minutes to great shopping at Downtown at the Gardens, the Gardens Mall and PGA Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Golf courses all around to choose from.

From the mansions on Evergrene Parkway to the Estates, there are homes in all styles and sizes in this nature preserve community. Come by and sit on the man made beach or just read a book on the pier over looking the beautiful lake. Evergrene is a very private community, with many different chooses and styles to choose from.
