Just so you know, my roots run deep here. Locust Grove, Virginia is located in the north eastern end of Orange County with picturesque and rolling landscapes. The area is steeped with history and centrally located between our nations capitol and our state capitol. Locust Grove is an easy 15 minute drive to either Fredericksburg, Culpeper or our county seat. The area offers affordable, moderate priced and upscale homes. There are beautiful countryside farms, townhomes, acreage, planned communities with lakes and amenities or just plain rural living at it's best. Locust Grove offers retail shopping, schools and medical facilities. And did I mention there is an abundance of wildlife for any type outdoorsman. It's is a great place to live and call home!
