Yorba Linda homes have declined in value over the past few years as the market has adjusted to the current economy and the fallout of the sub prime mortgage debacle. However, prices have recently stabilized and in the lower price ranges have begun to climb. The housing market in Yorba Linda has also been effected by a large inventory of unsold homes. This condition too has begun to change. Inventory of homes in Yorba Linda has declined from a 13 month supply of homes down to a current 4 month supply of homes.
