The community includes over 55% undeveloped common areas including open, grassy fields and walking trails in the wooded sections. The New and Improved Franklin Green Pool House!

Franklin Green Subdivision, located on the west side of Franklin TN, received some much needed attention to the community pool house during the off season.  This winter the neighborhood pool house was completely overhauled to improve it's appearance and take care of some much needed repairs.  The bathrooms have been completely renovated to include new walls and ceilings, new lighting, ventilation and tile floors.  The rough walls have been covered with smooth Hardie Plank throughout.  Soffits have been reworked and everything painted.  Even the floors of the pavilion have been sealed to help protect against spills.  These repairs were completed in time for the pool opening on May 23, 2009.
