Sellers Alert for West Boise, NE & NW Meridian, Idao

I was searching for a home for a client and I wanted to put out an alert: Seller's Alert for West Boise, NE & NW Meridian, Idaho. if you have a home in good condition, not in a short sale situation and you want to sell, now is the time to consider doing so. Remember from high school economics, when supply side is low and demand is high, pricing goes up. When supply side is high and demand side is low, then pricing goes down.

Now is the time to move on this opportunity!

I completed a search this morning for the following criteria:

1. At least two bedrooms and two baths;

2. At least 1,000 square feet;

3. Built since 1995;

4. At least a 1-car garage;

5. Configured as a single family home, a townhouse or a condominium;

6. Priced at $95,000 or below.

Do you know how many showed up? Two, both bank-owned. One, when I spoke to the listing agent, has received at least two offers and will be pending before the end of the day. The other is a condominium that has a title issue and yet the bank insisted that they put it on the market even though they can't reall sell it because it has a clouded title.

If you are a seller with this type of property, please contact me. We can get it listed and sold in less than a week if in good condition, in a good location and is fairly priced for what you have.

If you are a Realtor, have a good property that you are going to list sooon, send me the information and I'll make sure my buyer sees it promptly.

If you are a buyer and you want an agent that isn't afraid to ask for help, then call me.

I can be reached at 208-409-7653. My e-mail is Tim@TimBurroughsGroup.com.

Thanks!
