Every week I search the multiple listing service and find the best real estate buys in Star, Idaho. I start by looking for a minimum of three bedrooms, two baths, at least 1,200 square feet, and at least a two-car garage.
This weeks list netted eleven homes under $65.00 a square foot, which is quite a bargain in any market but especially when you could not replace it for that costs.
