Tim has a passion for real estate and has used it to serve the public since 2000. He loves to research and implement them in serving his clients. This has helped him grow as a Realtor earning important certifications including the Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR), the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations, and is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM). Tim is highly educated and holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Michigan Technical University and a Masters Degree in International Business from Pepperdine University. He has broad experience in small and large business development and has worked in more than 20 countries. Tim lives in Pleasant Ridge, MI and loves to scuba dive, travel, and study language.
