There were 36 new Active listings, with list prices ranging from $3,750 to $184,900.
8 listings went Under Contract (Contingent/Option), with list prices ranging from $30,000 to $259,900.
24 listings moved closer to closing (Pending), with List prices ranging from $5,000 to $139,000.
