City of Frisco-The Hills of Kingswood Luxury Living
Wow! When I posted the Hills of Kingswood Frisco blog yesterday I had no idea the response would be so huge! With my blog I posted an email alert sign up and my Frisco TX Living website was swamped. I woke up this morning to tons of email requests!!! It's exciting to know there is still great interest among home buyers looking to build in a Frisco gated community.
With so many questions to answer I thought another blog would be appropriate.
How Many Homesites are Planned?
Among 333 acres there will be 480 luxury homesites.
What Size Lots are Available?
The Hills of Kingswood offers three lots options from which to choose. For Frisco homebuyers looking for a low-maintenance property, the Chateau Lots offer generous 70'/130' and 90'/130' homesites. If you are a Frisco homebuyer looking for a little more space to roam "boulevard-style" lots offer generous 100'-125'/150' properties. For those Frisco homebuyers seeking estate living, the Mansion lots average 150'/250'.

Construction on the Rock Creek Parkway dual access bridges is now done, and development of roads and services for Phase I has already begun.
Additionally, to preserve existing trees and aid their growth, The Hills of Kingswood will double as a temporary tree farm for the duration of the various development stages.
Phase I at The Hills of Kingswood will feature 124 acres on 114 homesites.
