Have you been wanting to sell your home but are reluctant? Worrying that time is not right? Worrying that
you will not get your price? Hearing your friends horror stories about having no equity? Now is the time to stop worrying and call your local real estate agent.
North Orange County Homes are selling and at good prices! Yes there are Bank Repo listing out there but they are really no competition for you as an "equity seller". Many buyers can't use their FHA loans on Bank Repos listings. This fact alone is giving more value to an home seller that is willing to work with FHA financing.
Each home in my areas of expertiese, Fullerton, Brea, Placentia, Anaheim and Yorba Linda that is being SOLD by "equity sellers" are experinecing multiple offer situations which are helping bring the sales prices up! If you are thinking of selling in the next 6 months contact Tina today!

I recently read an article that focused on how wasteful it was to drink watter out of disposal plastic bottles.
I did not think that is was such a big problem since they were recyclable. I drink a lot of water and I often found myself trying to re-use the disposable bottles just since I did feel guilty about just throwing them away.
Yesterday I was at Costco and I noticed that they are now carrying a 9 pack of Rubbermaid Reusable Water bottles! I am on a pretty tight budget right now but I felt that purchasing these bottles will not only save me money in the long run it will help save the earth! It made me feel good to begin using my very sturdy and easy to clean Rubbermaid water bottle. It's my new little way of "Going Green".
