100% Zero Down Financing at the Marysville Meadows

Despite popular opinion and what the news says, there are plenty of opportunities to purchase a new construction home with zero down financing. Where? The Marysville Meadows that is. Built by Encore Homes, the Marysville Meadows features 6 different floor plans ranging from 3-4 bedrooms and 2-4 car garages starting in the mid $160,000's.

It may be hard to realize that a builder can offer such a great price on a home not to mention the zero down financing.

Let's start with the financing, USDA zero down financing. USDA Rural Development program allows people to purchase in areas designated outside the city limits. When it was originally developed, the USDA program enticed families to farther out to the rural areas but now it offers a better financing option for close in living. For Marysville, the USDA border starts at 140th in the north and Highway 9 east. So anything north of 140th, and anything east of Highway 9 qualifies. Not to bad since that also encompasses Lake Stevens.

The excellent offering prices stems from Encore Homes getting a super fantastic deal on the bank owned lots. When purchased, Encore paid around $35,00o per lot making it profitable to build a new construction that can sell for under $200,000. Their is value in the Marysville Meadows not see in any other new construction neighborhood within the County. In addition to the great price, the community features its own soccer field, basketball court, and play ground structures. Great for parents with energized kids that need some room to run!

There are many different places to start on Centennial Trail without having to go to the very beginning.
