The 04 Lofts is a great low-rise new construction condos project (just completed in 2008) designed by Dick Clark Architects. The space is modern, industrial and hip; and the location is in smoking hot SOCO just off South Congress. You'll see us many nights accross the street at the Continental Club or shoving pie and drinking PBR out of a can at Home Slice Pizza. Your closest residential neighborhood is Travis Heights.
