Out showing homes (mainly shortsales) to my new clients today. We are focusing on the Vail Ranch neighborhood today. Specifically, a little neighborhood called Vail Creek. Vail Creek is a gated community right off of Redhawk Pkwy with single family detached condos. These homes are both charming, well built and spacious inside. The lot sizes are not large. However, they are large enough to have a small to medium sized dog. There are a string of these homes that actually back up to the riverbed and have fantastic Sunset views of the Temecula. 5 minutes from the Interstate 15 Fwy and close to shopping, make this a popular spot for Marine families to relocate from Miramar and Camp Pendleton.
