It's hard to believe it was only 8 weeks ago when we first met. I found a house online through Realtor.com, gave you a call and we looked at it that afternoon. Two houses later, we found the one for us. As you are probably aware we settled on our house at 13 Donna Lane in Wayne earlier this month.

We wanted to let you know that your agent, Tom Lowy, went far beyond what would have normally been expected of a seller's agent.

We had moved to South Carolina at the beginning of October and our house only went on the market the day we moved.

If it had not been for Tom's diligence with constant attention to detail and obtaining contractors to perform various work, the conclusion may have been quite different from the successful sale it was. With 3 homes on the same side of the street for sale at the same time, there was a great deal of confusion among the realtors, but Tom's extra open houses (for both brokers and buyers) were a tremendous help in eliminating the confusion.
