The Yorba Linda real estate market
continues to move toward a more stable market as inventory of homes for sale has continued to decline for the third streight month. Home purchases in Yorba Linda were up for the first time in 26 months due to home prices becoming more affordable again. Recent corrections in the Yorba Linda real estate market have take a toll on sellers who had been holding out for higher prices but have finally given in the the reality of today's market.
