Usually I post quotes that are relevant to my thoughts for the day. Today, I'm going to do things a little differently. Today is my assistant's last day. She isn't returning because she says real estate is not for her. When I hired her I knew her intentions were to simply learn about business and not specifically real estate, but I guess I had a vision that she would see the wonders of real estate and fall in love with this business. It's true what they say, this business isn't cut out for everyone. I wish her the best of luck in her own business endeavors, whatever they may be. GOOD LUCK CHARLiiE!

I've been in this business for a while now and I've come to a lot of cross roads in my career; but I've never lost sight of my dream to be a big success in the real estate business. When I left Century 21 and came to Cassidon, one of the main reasons was because Cassidon is a small business. It gives me a chance to grow with the company and to be a part of its success from beginning to end. Just my feels for the day.

Every day I try to give my best to each customer, even when I'm having a bad day, or worse a bad week. Everyone knows what I mean. Even when the customer has unrealistic demands and are just plain difficult. I still strive to do all I can for them. I don't find a purpose in taking on a new customer and wasting his and my time if I'm not going to do all I can for him. At the end of the day, you're not successful if you're customers hate you. Word of mouth goes really far. Just a thought
