About Us:

Steve Hall is a Broker Associate of Keller Williams Greenville Central Partners. He and his wife Janet have lived in Simpsonville for over 17 years.

Steve has over 28 years experience as a Realtor, and has held a South Carolina Mortgage Broker license. He proudly holds the National Association of Realtors G.R.I. and e-PRO professional designations.

He specializes in working with buyers and sellers in the greater Greenville, Simpsonville, Greer and Taylors areas. He previously represented two area homebuilders in on-site sales, and specializes in helping buyers to purchase new construction.

When representing sellers he helps to obtain top market dollar in the shortest amount of time while allowing sellers to keep more of their equity. He offers discount flat rate listing and variable rate services based on seller marketing needs.

Henry and I would like to thank you fo all the assistance you provided us in finding our new home in an area and state we were unfamiliar with. We knew we had a very specific set of features and requirements for our retirement home. We settled on the Greenville, SC area and found Steve thru the internet. We gave him a long list of requirements and price range. After several months and many listing exchanges, requirement additions, and rejections, Steve did not get frustrated or give up. He continued to work with us even though he never met us and had no assurance that we would even show up. Once we arrived, Steve dedicated 3 entire days to show us numerous homes and provided extensive information and tours of historical and other points of interest in the area. We were totally impressed with his knowledge of the area home builders, the communities and the general details of Greenville and surrounding towns. We were unable to find the right existing home, so we decided to have one built that met our needs. Due to other obligations we could not stay in the area during construction so Steve took over the responsibility, keeping us informed of progress, with phone calls, emails and sets of digital pictures taken during each phase of construction. He arranged the inspections and walk-thru's to our satisfaction and generally made us feel comfortable with the progress. How excited we became in seeing the steps to completion of our new home which made us feel more a part of the community.
