As of today 1 Oct. 2009, while i am typing this blog, First-time home buyer's have 59 Days, 13 hours and a few minutes to find a home, make an offer, get inspections done and close to receive the government's First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit.
If you go to either of my websites, www.TonyBrust.com or www.WeSellPekin.com , you can see a countdown timer to that date. Homes must be CLOSED before Dec. 1st, that means closed and files with the county by Nov. 30th ( I personally think you should not wait to the 30th, maybe the 26th at the latest.) Plenty of time if you start today. To date, I have help 12 First-time buyers purchase a home.
As a buyer, My services are FREE to you, yes FREE, when you buy a home listed in the MLS. Many buyers, especially First-Time Buyers, are not aware of that fact and try to do this on their own. Buying a home has many steps, and you are best served by a professional who is trained to help you with this process.
Do not call the agent on the sign, call me for full representation. If you are not the this area, but still need help, call, text or email me and i will help you find an agent who will fully represent you. For more info email me at First-TimeBuyer@TonyBrust.com or call or text me @ 309-208-7748
My marketing plan is why you should list with me amoung many other reasons. I go beyond traditional marketing to help you sell your home. Statistic show that over 80% of home buyers start their home search on the internet before contacting a Realtor. Wouldn't you like to be one of the first homes seen?

I love a company that never stops learning. That is one of the reasons I made the switch to Jim Maloof. Yesterday I sat in on a technology meeting to help determine our strenths and weaknesses in todays market as far as technology goes. I see many big things on the horizon for this company. They are not afraid to spend money to help their clients sell homes faster! I am very glad I made the switch. It's no wonder we are #1 in the area.

I am not sure about the 5th, it is my listing and since I chose not do Dual agency ( that is a different blog subject), I am not sure of the status of that buyer in regards to them owning a home in the past.
