California remains the most sought after place to live and the Santa Clartia Valley is the best location and most affordable in all of Southern California. We are currently at or near the bottom of this recession and real estate and home sales are leading the way! Home Sales and Real Estate at a glance:

• Sales of homes in 2009 have skyrocketed
• Prices of homes sold have continued to fall
• Interest Rates remain favorable
• Homes are now more affordable than at any time in decades

Reasons people remain on the fence:

• Fear of losing a job

• Buyers should have an opportunity to buy a home at a good price but there will still be competition for the homes

• Interest Rates have jumped in the past week.

• First-Time Buyer's Tax Credit expires November 30th - You must own your new home by that date to qualify for the $8,000 gift.
• The $10,000 incentive to buy a New Homes in California has been effective, 75% of the program has already been used up.
