Volunteers Needed - Eastvale's Picnic in the Park

With the Eastvale community voting on cityhood next month it seems to have brought out a lot of people asking questions and wanting to become involved with the community in some way.

Well here's a way that you can become involved - by volunteering to help with Eastvale's Picnic in the Park. For those that are new to Eastvale, the Eastvale Picnic in the Park is an annual event that has been going on for 6 years. This event started off as a one day event that has grown to a three day event that includes a carnival, concert and fireworks show. For more information about the event visit www.EastvaleEvents.com.

The Eastvale Community Events Committee is an all volunteer organization that started hosting community events for Eastvale back in 2004. They need over 350 volunteer hours to put on this event. If anyone would like to pitch in to be a part of Eastvale history by volunteering, your help would be much appreciated!! They need a commitment of at least 4 hours.

Volunteers will get a food coupon, free wristband for the water slides and inflatables and be invited to the VIP party the Thursday before the event opens.

The event is June 25, 26 and 27. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Eastvale Community Events Committee at eceventscomm@yahoo.com.
