I recently sold a home in this neighborhood and it's terrific. The homes have great curb appeal, with nice landscaping and garages that are hidden from view. The community is made up largely of ranches that are quite affordable for Belmont. Most of the community is currently built out, with only a couple of buildable lots left. The subdivision is close to downtown Belmont. You won't get huge lots in this neighborhood - but that's probably not what most of the buyers are looking for here.
