Truckee and Lake Tahoe is my favorite place in the world and home for more than twenty years. Once you've visited, you'll see its beauty and recreational diversity are truly world class. Green resources, sustainability, environmental awareness--are making headlines virtually every day. I have a life-long commitment to living green. From designing an earth-sheltered home in the 70's, to living in a solar log cabin for 10 years after I moved to Truckee, to green remodels and most recently, a green ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) home. I am the membership chairperson for the Sierra Green Building Association to help increase regional awareness. First and foremost, it represents a commitment on the part of the agent to continue learning new ways to better assist buyers and sellers in the real estate arena.
