See, the market took it's hit way before the stocks crashed, and way before the change and so the fact is it's a slow healing process. The hope is that these other things will start to clear up and this will allow an uneventful time of healing to take place.

The main concerns are that the lenders have to continue to give loans for qualified people, and the increase in inventory nationwide will bring prices down and give this market a chance to heal. The market has a bandaid on right now and the key is giving it time to heal without more injury. The good news is that this means market corrections in many markets that will stabalize the market.

Here in Spokane Washington as with the rest of the nation people are starting to feel the cold breeze of change in the real estate market. The sunny days of asking for discounts or trying to sell for sale by owner are over and the cold nights wondering if it ieven going to sell at any price even with a Realtor are here.
