Hey ActiveRainers!! I need your help. I am a Real Estate broker in Jacksonville FL, and need to hire a Licensed Real Estate Agent to help me with all of my leads. Here's the dea;. I have implemented a new program for Both Sellers and Future Homeowners of Jacksonville, and it is growing at a dizzying pace. The only problem is that I don't have to work on it. I have 2 other businesses that I am focused on, that have my attention. I started this program only a couple of months ago, because I knew it would spectacular, and I was right!
I have ALOT of leads for both buyers and sellers. The only thing is, this isn't your typical program. I have designed a Lease Option/Property Management program that is fascinating people everyehere. They LOVE it and they want to be a part of it. The whole thing is explaining it to them, doing presenrations, and signing them up to get on board.
My inbox is full of calls and emails that I haven't gotten to yet, so I need some help. I'm looking to bring a Licensed Real estate Agent on board with me to work these leads and close some deals. You should be interested in Property management and Sales at the same time. Right now, I am not a member of The MLS or the Baord of Realtors, but will be soon. So membershpi is not required at this time (but will be once I become a member).
The commission split is negotiable based on your experience (and/or knowledge) with Lease Options and ability to seal the deal. I will provide plenty of leads for you. and explain my program to you in full once you're on board.
This is so exciting for me, so I want someone who is also excited about it.
I work out of my home office (I'm just a small guy), so I want someone who is cool with that, too. You should be able to work independently (as most agents do) and be totally ok with working with me remotely, via internet, Instant mesenger, cell phone, and occassioanlly in person.

I'm excited to say that I'm new to the property management arena. Though I've been in the real estate business for nearly 10 years, I like to put myself in a place where the people need me. With the economy in the condition that it's in, I realize that alot of owners are losing their homes to foreclosure and will need a place to live. With damaged credit, it will be difficult for them to purchase again, and they probably won't have a desire to own again until the scars heal. So I'll be there to help them into a new place that they can call home unti they can get back on their feet.
I'm also on a mission to help the homeowner save their position in the biggest asset of their life by creating a cash flow on their property that they may otherwise not know what to do with it.
Any thoughts are appreciated. I've already got my first Property Management Agreement and am looking forward to helping my owner for the next 12 months. My goal is to be different from any one else out there and offer something that is needed in this market. I've gotta stick out like a purple cow. I refuse to be like the "rest".
