We had the opportunity to stage a property in this fabulous new development called Midtown. Midtown is a Reavis-Comer developed located in downtown Charleston. It is a mix of single family homes and Condominiums with various price ranges. The architecture is sleek and stunning and the builder spared no expense in the finishing touches.
This development has some of Charleston's best agents on the roster and we have truly enjoyed working with them. We were competing with some other really great staging companies in town, so we were very honored to have received this job and are hopeful we will get to stage more of this development. Below are some before and after photos of the unit we staged.
We had the privilage to stage a beautiful vacant home in Hibben at Belle Hall recently and were so excited when it went under contract and closed within 30 days. This new construction home had been sitting vacant on the market for several months prior to staging and was not receiving many showings. We also sold some of the furnishings and accessories to the new buyers and were able to see how happy they were to be moving into the house.
The Builder Said, "I knew the minute I saw your staging this home would sell soon. The rooms looked bigger and buyers could better see how to live in each space."
The Listing Agent Said, "The house started receiving numerous showings once it was staged."
The Buyers Agent Said, "It was a pleasure meeting both of you. I think the job you did for Carl (the Builder) was amazing. I really think that is what sold the house to my buyers."
