Short Sale Agent's often find themselves after months and months of hard work trying to get the lender to approve their short sale deal only to have it all fall apart and lose the sale and their commission. There is finally a resource to help Short Sale Agents save their deal and get paid their full commission even if the lender does not approve the short sale.
There is a group of cash investors who have created a program where they will buy short sales that fall through at auction and sell them to the same prospective buyer that had an offer on the property when it was a pending short sale. The program is called the "Commission Saver Program" because in most cases they pay both the listing agent, and the buyer’s agent their FULL COMMISSIONS and neither one of the agents after deal submission have to do any more work!
This is an awesome new concept that will help Short Sale Agents everywhere secure more closed deals and save their hard earned commissions. The Buyer gets the home they wanted, you get your commission and the investors make money. They should have come up with this years ago. I think it's great and will help a ton of people out!
