Hello this is Denise Toliver; I am a hardworking Licensed Real Estate Broker with an Accredited Buyers Representive (ABR) and Affordable Housing Specialist designations. I have a diverse background. I have been an critical member of a team tasked to build several small businesses. My roles varied from office Manager/Book-keeper at an Engineering Firm to Event/Sales Manager of Audio Visual department in the hotel industry. These successful ventures are where I developed the skills necessary to launch a business of my own. I brought all those skills that I developed in various industries together to form an extra-ordinary real estate business; I also have a passion to help others become financially responsible. My husband and I are volunteer Financial Freedom facilitators for Crown Ministries. We have helped many understand the condition of their finances and correct their spending habits.
